Peter Oliver - Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Mr. Oliver has substantial experience in the resources industry, particularly focused on process improvements and optimising operational performance. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from the Western Australia Institute of Technology (now Curtin University). Prior to being appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Talison Lithium in January 2010, Mr. Oliver was Chief Operations Officer of Talison Minerals. Mr. Oliver previously held the position of General Manager Operational Planning at Talison, as well as General Manager at the Talison Minerals Wodgina mine site. Mr. Oliver joined Sons of Gwalia in May 2003 and held a number of roles in the company, including Acting General Manager at Greenbushes. Mr. Oliver previously ran his own consultancy business servicing the minerals industry in Western Australia.

Frank Wheatley - Executive Director - Corporate Affairs and Strategy

Mr. Wheatley joined Talison Lithium in January 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Wheatley was the Vice-President and General Counsel of Gabriel Resources Ltd. (TSX: GBU), an exploration and development company focusing on gold projects in Romania from 2000 to 2009, and prior to which, the President and Chief Operating Officer of Gabriel Resources Ltd from April 1999 to October 2000. Prior to this he was Vice President, Legal Affairs of Eldorado Gold Corporation, prior to which he was in private practice with the law firm of Smith Lyons LLP in Vancouver. Mr. Wheatley has 25 years' experience as a director and senior officer of, and legal counsel to, a number of Canadian public mining companies and has extensive legal and business experience in the mineral industry, particularly in the areas of public financing, project debt financing, permitting of large scale mining projects, and strategic mergers and acquisitions in the international minerals industry. Mr. Wheatley received his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and LL.B. degrees from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Wheatley is also an independent director of Teranga Gold Corporation (TSX:TGZ / ASX:TGZ), Lithic Resources Ltd (TSX Venture Exchange: LTH) and Portal Resources Ltd (TSX Venture Exchange: PDO).

Lorry Mignacca - Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Mr. Mignacca has been the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Talison since August 2007. Prior to this, Mr. Mignacca was employed by Sons of Gwalia in a variety of accounting and commercial roles including Group Accountant, General Manager Accounting and Commercial General Manager from May 1991 to August 2007. Prior to this, Mr. Mignacca held a variety of finance positions with companies including Normandy Mining Limited, Barrack Mines Limited and Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants. Mr. Mignacca has a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Pat Scallan - General Manager — Greenbushes Lithium Operations

Mr. Scallan has been General Manager of the Greenbushes Lithium Operations since October 1995. Prior to this, Mr. Scallan held a number of senior operational positions with Associated Minerals Consolidated at Eneabba and with RGC Limited at Capel, both major operations in the Western Australian mineral sands industry. Mr. Scallan holds a National Diploma of Cost Accounting from Vaal Triangle in South Africa and a Western Australian Quarry Manager Certificate from the Department of Mines, Western Australia.

Paul Wallwork - Marketing Manager

Mr. Wallwork has been Marketing Manager of Talison since April 2008. Mr. Wallwork was Marketing Manager for Europe and then Asia for Iluka Resources Limited, (ASX: ILU) a mining and processing company producing titanium minerals and zircon from March 2001 to April 2008. Prior to entering the mining industry, Mr. Wallwork worked for more than 10 years in technical, account management, sales management and market development roles in the chemicals industry with ICI Australia Limited and Wesfarmers CSBP Limited.

Kevin O'Keefe - General Manager Technology

Mr. O’Keefe is a metallurgist with over 35 years experience in operational, management, project and technical roles in a wide variety of mineral and chemical fields including tantalum, lithium, gold, tin, tungsten, iron ore, industrial minerals and base metals. Mr. O’Keefe commenced with Talison Lithium at the Greenbushes operation in 1989 and has been closely involved in Talison's progressive expansion of production, improvement of operations and application of new technologies.

Andy Purvis - General Manager Geology

Mr. Purvis is a geologist with over 40 years operational and management experience in mining and exploration in Australia, New Zealand, Chile and Africa. He joined Talison in September 2007 and prior to this was Group Geologist with Sons of Gwalia from 2003. Mr. Purvis has worked on a wide range of projects in base metals, gold, lithium and tantalum with companies including Jododex, Mount Isa Mines, Pancontinental, Coeur d’Alene Mines, Normandy Mining and Newmont Mining. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master’s degree in Mining and Exploration Geology from James Cook University.
