We are excited to introduce our new People and Culture Manager, Lucy Moss, to the Talison team. Lucy is an experienced HR leader with a passion for building strong relationships across the organisation and has extensive experience in employee relations, HR strategy and process, recruitment and talent management, and workforce development. We are confident that Lucy will be a valuable addition to our team.
Lucy comes to Talison with over 10 years' experience in human resource management across both Mining and Local Government sectors, with the majority of her career spent on site at open-cut gold operations. Originally from Perth, Lucy has spent the last 6 years over East and made her way back to WA’s south west in 2022 following the scenic route along Australia’s coastline with her husband and camper.
Lucy believes that investing in people is the key to the success of any organisation and is committed to further developing a culture within Talison that empowers and inspires our employees.

As People and Culture Manager, Lucy will lead our Human Resource and Training & Development Teams and partner with the business on the delivery of organisational and operational plans.
